I am planning to purchase a B Khata plot in Hebbal, Bangalore.
Earlier it was alloted to SC/ST peoples, in turn they have soled to other parties.
It is a DC converted plot and all taxes are paid upto date.
Will I have any problem in purchasing this plot because I do not know whether SC/ST person have taken a proper approval from the concerned authorities to sell this plot to the non SC/ST peoples,
In case if they have taken any approval and sold the plot to the non SC/ST, in future can they calim this back.
Please clarify the above doubts.
