last month I have adopted a baby girl when she was 9 days old without any written document. now i have approached them for legal agreements regarding adoption they're refusing sign any document any saying don't try meet us.
kindly suggest me what should I do to make it legal and I should not have any problems in future from biological parents.
The biological and adoptive parents shall sign in the Adoption Deed if they want to register it. But it is not mandatory. if you are Hindu, adopt the girl as per Hindu rites and customs before Homam.
