I am suffering with 498a DV maintenance cases for last 3 years. My 498a case is running at Bangalore witch is now at "evidence" stage....But the complainent is not not giving appearance in court...Moreover my advocate also shake hands with opposite party and taken bribe....Hence not putting strong objection for her non appearance. Now the present situation at my work place also giving me trouble which force me to search new job in new company....Now the problem is when I shall apply for job the new company is surely do back ground check with local police station......In case they came to know that 498a case is pending on my name at court...how could I get new job......
I seek suggession from the experts learned advocates and also from members who faced the same situation like me for my guidance....urgently
