Hi -
I had bought a plot in a gated community in Bangalore near the International Airport in 2005-06. I was told at the time that it would get approved by the concerned authority, BAIAAPA very soon. It was registered in my name and even the Khata is in my name.
But till date I have not received the approval, and every time I called teh developer office (Bhaba developers) I am told that the case is in court as govt. is not releasing the approval.
Can someone help/ Thanks Rajesh
