The HC granted bail on 22/7/09(wednesday), the Lower Court on 24/7/09(friday) and the accused was released from jail custody on 25/7/09(saturday). The High Court order asks him to meet the I.O. once each week. So, if he meets the I.O. on 1/08/09(saturday) would he be within the HC directive? Can he enter his own home which has been locked with his keys and the keys kept with the I.O?Please suggest?
