Please search in google as many law forums have uploaded such key judgments and discussed the issues with comments from experts.

1. Apprehensively, the queriest (upsc race) is going to award us Degrees and Prizes, for giving exam and explaining him and spoon-feeding him.

2. queriest (upsc race) expects this Forum to be his class room, instead of experts answering /solving legal problems of queriests.

 Keep Smiling .... Hemant Agarwal

It would be better to seek advise of your tutor.

This plaftform is not meant for UPSC aspirants/ examinee(s) but to help needy litigants.

THINK AGAIN .... was this a "QUERY" ????     .OR.  you wanted an explaination .... you are setting a bad precedent of yourself and your expected profession as a lawyer !

Further no querist can put any Expert herein, to ANY kind of obligation, whatsoever.
