Dear sir,
i joined ISRO on technical resignation from DRDO,(i acquired higher education through proper channel i,e,. i took NOC and my education details entered in my service book) in ISRO they consider my past service but they are not considering my higher education for special review, because i acquired higher education while in service in DRDO. but in DRDO and ISRO they have same policy that if person/employee acquired higher education while in service his consider for special review (SPECIAL DPC). but now ISRO administrative saying that your acquired higher education in DRDO service not in ISRO service so we are not considering your higher education. sir my question is that they are consider my past service and they should give past service benifits right and swamy book says if past service is rendered by employee his service is consider for all the purpose,
if i am applying to CAT weather my case will be my side or against to me, so please help me to get my service benifits
