Good Morning Sir, I'm Felix Prabakaran from Tanjure. Now i'm studying in Loyola. I want to change my mother's name in my birth certificate. She expired. Her full name is Mary Jenova Dhanalakshimi. She was a teacher in Govt.School. All her records are in the name of Dhanalakshimi. but in my birth certificate they wrongly printed as Mary Jenova only. i went for apply passport they asked to change my mother name and come.
So please guide me to solve this this prob.....
Born at a hospital in Kumbakonam.
Full name is K.D.Felix Prabakaran.(In all records like 10th & +2 Certificate)
