A local company @chandigarh is hiring my friend but at same time asking him to give a 50,000 check as security amount. i.e. If she leaves the job before six months, they will not return the check back.
Please tell me What can happen if she gives the check now and leaves the job before six months, not having balance of Rs 50000 in her account at that time??
Is there any way to get rid of court-case at that time when she leaves the job..?
