I run a shop under delhi shop establishment act (Cloth Merchant in Chandni Chowk) and have three employees.As per bonus act bonus does not apply to less than 10 employees so ishould not be paying any bonus

In your case you need not pay bomus to your employees , since your establishment does not attract the Bonus act,
