In one of the case there was stay orders later on the said stay orders vacated by HC . Once fhe stay order vacated is it any time limit to appeal the vacate orders Are it is not mandattory to wait for further orders s the orders are alredy vacated.

If you are aggrieved by the orders vacating the stay order then you can always prefer an appeal against it before the higher court you do not have to wait for passing of any time for preferring an appeal against the aggrieved orders

The vacate orders issued by honble high court itself now if want to appeal shud v approach honble high court r SC for stay again.

You should appeal immediately to the HC.

If the main case has not been disposed then you can file a revision petition before division bench to set aside the orders for the valid reasons you rely upon before the division bench of high court in this regard.
