I want to know about a starnge problem i am facing now a days.
I bought 1 flat of 78 mtr area in 3 storey building, built by a local builder. I have taken possesion & registration already & living in it for more than 4 months. All other 2 flats are also sold out.
I have a room of my flat parralel to gallery which has a door opened in the street. 2.5 ft balconey is in front of that door.
I want to open 1 more door in that balconey which will open in the street. rough map is made below.
Builder is objecting this. I dont know why he has right to stop me to do so. There was no such kind of deal was between us & registration paper has no such matter mentioned.
Why He is interfering even after selling all the flats?
Can someone guide me is the builder right? How can i challenge him?
Please guide me. I am upset.
