i am the daughter ( for property issue )
We ( i and my brothers/sisters) are owning an inherited property of our father.
The property is not divided but is owned by all of us.
i want to build an house on the land.....can i build it
1) what documents i need to receive.....
2) is there any thing that is required from my brothers/sisters
3) total land is 3 acre in which i am building house on 50 cents (1/2 acre)
** also one brother is not ready for it......
total brothers ready 3 out of 4
total sisters ready 3 out of 3
please help me with it
