Dear All,
Myself and other 10 to 15 employees were working in a Phamaceutical Company. After our leaving , this Company was taken over by other company. We were not paid FNF including our Bonus which was a part of our salary. We have not left the Company in a group. Though we have demanded to new and old management, nobody is taking it seriously.
Please advice us for the action. It is now 3 years old case.

Kindly visit the O/o Labor Commissioner and meet the wages inspector. You may quote each other in your complaint and highlight that the company has fleeced the masses.
Let the company face queries/punishment from the lawful authority. It is their funeral and let them handle it.
