Is there is any facility/ law available to finish a case as soon as possible? The Case filed for eviction of a tenant. the tenant taking too much time to answer & case is running more than 2 years. is there any option available to get the case finished quickly?

Withdraw the case ? my dear 2years is nothing for eviction suit .it will take minimum 15 years
