I am planning to purchase a flat. However I want to check devaition from sanction plan as per BBMP act.
Can any one please let us know how to calculate deviation from Sanction plan.
For Example: the coverage ratio to the total plot is 41.05% (built up area to plot area) However total built up area is approximately 70%.
I wnat to know what is the deviation percentage as per BBMP Act.
