Thanks for reading and sparing your time, i just want to know can 2 companies have 1 logo, I'll give you details, my brother-in-law is starting a arcade gaming in a mall and his friend want to invest too so he's purchasing bowling machine its really costly so they are dividing company into two parts one for arcade gaming named(Gallivant) other named(Thunderstorm) for bowling, they both will be running together, so i want to know if its possible to regestered a logo with both companies on it or it will create any unnecessary law issues. (i'll attach a sample logo so that you guys can help, please provide me a good way to go) thanks all.
