can a intervener pray for rejection of petition at admission stage

Can an intervener raise objection in the admission stage of a petition ?

what other option available to a person if his intervener application is rejected by the court?

can a intervener application accepted by the court before the admission of the petition ?

For rejection clearly no.

The internener has to show good cause to intervene.

The word INTERVENOR doesnot find place in the CPC. Any person whose presence before the Court in a particular suit, if  found to be necessary in order to enable the Court effectually and completely to adjudicate upon and settle all questions involved, is to be added as a party to the suit u/o 1 r.10 of the CPC at any stage of the proceeding. After rejection, revision u/s 115 of the CPC is to be made.
