Can a minor son of a criminal against whom there is a arrest warrant be summoned for question. The father who is a criminal is at large and not available at any of the addresses mentioned/ available. So can the minor son aged 17 called for questioning with the guardian.

WHY NOT.

Police can pick up anyone for questining whom they just suspect of being able to give some information about the wanted person.
