The PF office goofed up on a transfer and it took 3 years to get the same transferred. During this period the account became inactive. There was a time gap of 5 months between the deactivation and transfer into the new account due to which I have lost interest for this period.
Standard letters to the PF office have failed to get this sorted out. Can I as an individual write a notice to the PF organization or would I need a lawyer to do the same ?
