Can anyone explain how to file a c.a to the court to obtain certified copies

There is a format application provided under High Court rules, submit the same after taking permission of the court , with specified fees through your (or some other) lawyer.

If you are interested to know the procedure join an academy or tutorial centre. 

Give vakalat to any advocate and he file CC in his name and can obtain.  It may not take more than 3 days time to proceed in that way.
