4. 9 acres for forest porambokku land is been assigned on year 1923 to a Army persion for his participation in 1st world war by state goverment of tamailnadu.IN teh assignmnet letter there are not much details about any condition. later on year 1954 Patta is been issued on his son as he is the legal heir. On year 1973 his son entered to an aggrement with a real estate agent and made layout on these entire place(65 plots) and sold them all between year 1974 to 1980. All these plots are DTP approved.
On one of the plot, a flat is been constrcuted and i would like to buy a flat on this.
1. Will be any issues in buying this plot?
2. Forest assigned land can be sold for making layouts/plots?
3. What are all the litigations in buying a flat in this land.
