Dear Sir,
I am working in a Rajastan based company.
Company HR department forcing me from two months to take house available in company colony.
At first interaction with HR regarding this I refuse due to family member health and my son tution as if I change my resisdence than my son have to go for tution about 5 km daily.
On 28th February HR dept send mail that they cut my HRA as I am not coming in colony.
Below things to be considered.
* In my appoinment latter accomodation is not provided at the time of joining on May - 2015.
* I am getting HRA from the day of joining as it is a part of my CTC.
* Can company cut HRA suddenly for some employees HRA?
* Many employees are working in this company who are getting HRA and they are not forced to come in company colony.
* How can I take back my HRA?
* The decession taken by HR department is valid? Can they can stop my HRA?
* How they cut HRA of February month as they inform me on 28th February?
* Can I file complain for this and can I get back it?
* Wher to file complain?
