Can daughrer claim rights to property acquired from proceed

hello

can the daughter claim rights to property  which was acquired with the proceeds of her fathers property which was acquired with his efforts and had registered a will which gave the wife (mother ) the right to enjoy the fruits of the property and could be sold only after her death and shared between the two sibling ie brother and sister

this property was sold immedaitely on the death of the father within 6 months in 2007 and a new property was acquired with the half of the proceeds of the sale and the property was registered in the mothers name and the balance cash was handled by the brother who shifted to a rental place after the new property was ready

the maintiaince and other expenses were done by the daughter now the mother is asking the daughter to leave the premises along with her daughters and the mother is claiming that she has total rights to do what she wanted and the she will not give it in the daughters name as it was hers

this matter is in chennai and the will was registered at the register office the copy was acquired may 2013 after the mother started threatening to disinherit the daughter

please advise if there is any remedy and what remedy can be availed
