Can I claim the pension?

Team, I been working with a private firm from jan 2007 till 2016 May. Then I joined again in the same company by sep 2016 to sep 2017. I was worried if I can withdraw my pension , I already withdrawn my gratuity and PF by 2016 immediately after resignation. Can u pls please what are the ways because I badly need of finance and am not going to work anymore. Thank u

It is a private Firm. Is it a pensionable job? What are the terms and conditions noted in your appointment letter?

Even I was shocked to hear that from my friend until I logged in to UAN link . I was able to view my PF and pension amount not only that we can claim from there but in my case I can�t claim as my experience is beyond 9.5 years .please suggest any exceptions I can give to claim. And one more think suppose if am not able to claim now at the age of 57 will start getting pension which I don�t want. Please give some ideas to claim it
