My neighbour is creating lot of problems.
Firstly, Our neighbor tenant was climbing down with a big plywood type of good from upstairs of our Building. Due to mishandling of their goods they scratched my Expensive Shagun wood made Door. Hearing the loud sound of multiple times hitting & scratching our door, my daughter Uma opened the door and politely requested the neighbor to handle their goods properly. In reply the neighbor wife did not accept their mistake & started rudely misbehaving and giving vulgar slangs loudly from her kitchen. When I informed their landlord about this verbal abuse in Building WhatsApp group the landlord read all the messages but did not take any remedial actions.
Please advise possible legal action against neighbor wife for giving dirty vulgar slangs for which i have voice recording.
Secondly, few months earlier incident, the neighbor has one pet dog which always barking on us while using building stairs and when we informed them to handle dog properly he threatened to continue the same behavior.
Please advise possible legal action
