Hi everyone,
The municipal committee of my city has recently transferred my late grandfather's property to my father's name (on basis of my grandfather's registered will). Now my aunts and uncles have filed a case in the local court claiming the will is false, can the municipal committee change the owner of this property without waiting for the result of the court case?
