KINDLY NOTE THAT YOU HAVE THREE CHANCES  SESSIONS COURT ,HIGH COURT AND THEN TO SUPREME COURT. INSTEAD OF THAT IN CASE YOU WANT TO FILE APPLICATION TO SUPREME COURT DIRECTLY .IT WILL COST YOU MORE,MONEY,TIME AND THE PURPOSE MAY FAIL DUE TO DELAY.SESSIONS COURT WILL COST YOU LESS AS COMPARED TO HIGH COURT .

AS PER PRACTICE IN CASE YOU HAVE REMEDY AVAILABLE WITH LOWER COURT THEN SUPERIOR COURT MAY DIRECT YOU TO GO TO LOWER COURT FIRST. GOOD LUCK.
