This is the case where the state had issued disciplinary procgs for removing services of emloyees on the subject matter which took place 25 yesrs back. certain employees have been appointed by state in grampanchyates.state has found the appointments were done contrary to the rules. so far the persons who were issued thease appointments were punished.but the appointees are continuing in service since 25 years.now the state has issued directions to conduct enquiry on other hand allowing them into service. plz suggest is there any remedy to them
if any precedient plz send me.plz give me ur opinion on the above subject matter .
