I got into registered development agreement with builder in Aug2017 for development of 12000 sq ft non- agriculture land including clause residential apartment/project will start after approval of Map from concern authority.Meantime builder launch residential project and started booking ( received money) in said project without approval of Map.There is no construction work started on plot till date and still open. Further the person who booked flats lodged complaint in RERA Patna and the authority terminated the project after verifying fact and instructed developer to return the booked money to buyer.Builder not responding my query regarding when will project take off and still buying time as the same project has been strik down by RERA.
Pl advise me steps to cancel this development agreement.
