Cancellation of sale deed

I have sold my property by way of sale deed. Whereas the cheque being given by the purchaser towards the sale consideration gets dishonoured. I would like to know the procedure for cancelling the registered sale deed without further amount.

Thanks and regards

Is that sale deed registered or not ? If it is registered sale deed, you have to go for cancellation deed
