Case dismissed in special court

 

I want clarification on case which is dismissed in special court 

 

we filed case of plot against some party in special court  in hyderabad four years ago

But the case has been dismissed

TO APPEAL IN HIGH COURT OF ANDHRA PRADESH 

HOW MUCH FEES WE SHOULD PAY AGAIN IN HIGH COURT OR WHAT PERCENT OF FEES WE SHOULD PAY

OR ELSE IS THERE ANY NEED TO PAY FEES IN HIGH COURT SINCE WE PAID IN SPECIAL COURT

PLEASE CLARIFY THIS TO ME VERY URGENT

In appeal also you will have to pay court fees as per schedule.

You have to pay the court fee Whatever  you have paid in the lower court .

If a compromise is reached in an accident case and the case is withdrawn, is the petitioner required to pay stamp duty/court fee on the compromised amount?
