Dear to all I have a question. My Case is file in Sup. Court by one of my client with the help of one lawyer. My age is 70+ & Sup. Court is 2500kms from my house. by the helth problem i cant atend the hearing or personelly defend my case , & i cant afford lawyer. My side all the related document, evidance, & proof is send via speed post.then 1)is this acceptable to SC ? 2) any decision / case details how can can i understand although i have so many evidances, but due to my physical condition, i cant attend SC hearing
