Hello,

So if you are looking for a landmark case, you just need to Google 'Landmark Cases in CRPC'. There will be a list of websites and videos available for you.

Put down the year as to what period are you looking for. This is the method if you are not looing for landmark judgements, but just examples of cases that happened year wise. You can also then narrow down to which type of crime you want to know about.

Although here are a few examples posted so that you can get yourself started:

  1. Mohd. Ahmed Khan v. Shah Bano Begum and Ors.
  2. Sajjan Kumar v. CBI
  3.  Alok Sharma v. Union of India
  4. RIchpal Kharra v. State
  5. Mukund Lal v. Union of India and Anr.
  6. Swiss Ribbons Pvt Ltd Anr. v. Union of India
  7. Lalita Kumar v. State of U.P.
  8. D.K. Basu v. State of West Bengal
  9. CBI v. Anupama J. Kulkarni
  10. Sheela Barse v. State of Maharashtra

There are thousands of cases out there. You need to first pen down as to do you want landmark judgements or judgements of a particular year or for a particular section.

Hope this helped.
