Cat jurisdiction

Sir,

I am BSNL employee working in Hyderabad

BSNL Corporate at New Delhi conducted examination for promotion to higher grade, and it declared erroneous result.

Approached CAT Hyderabad and filed OA as a group.Interim stay granted. Cases are being filed in different benches all over India on same issue.

BSNL corporate wants to transfer all the cases to PCAT Delhi.

our group are rising objections  such as bearing  cost of litigation, service exigencies etc.

Shall we retain our case at Hyderabad by citing the above reasons?

Shall we go for appeal on this issue at higher court?

CAT jurisdiction is at Hyderabad.

Is Principal CAT Delhi is a subordinate court to AP High court?

Please guide us.

no principal CAT is not a sub ordinate court under AP HC, yes you can state yopur objection in the application stating the grounds to make your litigation stayed ay hyderabaad ,state some refernce of cited cases and make your drafting with solid grounds from expert lawyer.feel free to help for any query.
