Caveat

If someone wants to file a Caveat in SC with reference to an NCRDC order. Can It be filed online on https://sci.gov.in/efiling? If so, then what are the documents required. Or it is advisable to get it filed through an attorney on record?

A Caveat should be filed in the higher Court as early as possible from the date of Pronouncement of Judgment of the lower court, so that the Court gives the Caveator a fair hearing before deciding any matter brought before it in the relevant case.

And yes, a caveat has to be filed by Advocate on Record., in case of Supreme Court of India, except in cases of in-person filing.

Hope You're Clear Now
