Firstly write a letter to concern authority for yours grievances and if they will not taken care of your valid grievances you can approch the high court in writ as well as central administrative tribunal.

Central Government is not obliged to issue orders on adhoc bonus for any of the autonomous body. it is for the Board of the respective company/ corporation or the autonomous body to declare or not any adhoc bonus for the employees of the respective organization.

Any court cannot issue direction or to compel any organization to issue declare adhoc bonus, if not provided in their service rules or the Payment of Bonus Act. The courts interfere only, if violatrion of any law, or rules and regulations of the organization happens to be there.
