Certificates missing

Dear Sir

last 2 months back I have lost SSC and intermediate certificates,

all the formalities have completed,only have to submitt the documents to the board

here if i submitt the name change gazette notification to the board will they allow me or not

kindly assist me

for further studies i would like to obtain certificates as per the new name which is printed in the gazette

any ways board has to issue me a duplicate certificate right, at this point if i submitt them a gazette notification will they allow me or not

please suggest me
