Certified copies of Divorce Petition and Annexures

as per cpc it is mandatory to upply copy of petition alongwith the all documents relied or submitted in court to the respodent or defendant with the summons , however if not defedant can make request in this regards from the court

Thanks for your response Mr. Thakur. Would like to inform that the court summons have been received vis Speed Post, with copy of Petion but without any Annexures mentioned in the petition. Appears a deliberate action by someone. Annexures are needed to prepare a response bu respondent. What should be done now to get full documents.

Appear on your first hearing and inform the court that copy of annexure filed by petitioner has not yet been supplied.

You will get desired copies alongwith an adjournment.
