Please do a favour to send me Delhi High Court judgment, which says that Building and Other Construction Workers Act is not applicable on Air-condition industry as, i am not able to find the judgment.
Other than this, kindly inform that our Organisation providinf operation & mainitence of the Idustry and Airport Cargo also, so in this case, whether, we r liable to pay cess , under Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Cess Act or not.
