i am a senior citizen , have a proprietory firm due to ill health and old age, i want to transfer the firm to my wife or son. ,, i have filed cases of recovery in high court , the case are still pending in court and filed by me as a prop. of the firm , if the ownership changes what affect it has on the on the legal standing of the firm in court , kindly guide .
