Chargesheet filing time limitation required

Sir,

I have purchased a plot in Approved layout, after a series of 5 legal sale transactions i have purchased plot from 5th owner and now i am 6th owner of the plot owner and i am in possession of the plot. After 15 years person who formed the layout came to plots and tried to grab plots by tresspassing with fake papers. on 03.09.2013 FIR was filed U/s 420,447,427 and 506 IPC and person was arrested and sent to remand. After 10 days of remand accused got bail. I would like to know the time limit for filing charge sheet.

Regards,

There is no time limit for filing charge sheet. only when the accused is in jail the police should filed the charge sheet between 60-90 days as per offence but if the  charge sheet has not been filed then the accused has right to get bail u/s 167(2) OF Cr.P.C. but this section is only give a right to accused but not bound to police to file charge sheet before court.
