Dear Sir,
Six months back I made a ticket bookings to Singapore with the help of travel agent. But due to some reasons I went for ticket cancellation. He promised me while booking, he would return the money to me if I go for cancellation. But till now he did return my money. He is not in office now and mobiles phones are switched off. The only medium is he is using whatsup. He is not giving response to me in whats up.
Can I file a cheating case on him to get back my money. I have tickets and emails as a proof?
