Hi,
Can any one please help me out in this regard....I brought kitchen ware products by seeing an add in news paper that they are offering 30 - 40 % off on the products and there is exchange facility also available for the products.
I brought an Gas Stove and its actual cost in bill was given as Rs.5295/-
I gave my old stove and they rated it as Rs.1845/-
Total Amount they took from me is Rs.3450/-
I came to house and when i searched the product in net they gave 20% off for the same product and it was given as Rs.4240/-
I couldn't understand already that product cost after discount was given as Rs.4240/- and they charged me without that discount.
Can any one please help me out in this regard how to get out of such frauds..
