cheating by builder narya

Hi,

i had purchased flat in Narya 5 elements in Jan 2019. at the time of booking the builder promised for handover in Aug 2019. in Sale agreement also he has mentioned that if the building is not handed over in August then they will bear the rent from Sept, as per RERA rules. Now we found out that the RERA date is May 2020 and the building is not nearing completion. there is no work progress.
Also it is still under construction and they are charging a GST of 12%.
I wanted to know how to claim the rent and reduce the gst to 5% as per the new budget?

Hello,

Please carefully read the Agreement you signed and file a case in RERA court. If date of completion is mentioned and your relief is not provided you may ask for damages and expenses also refund of complete amount with interest. You may contact us for more info.
