his friend has filed false freindly loan case against him for 1,60000. as per case one of the cheque of rs 15000 got bounced. he sent notice to my frend but his father who was not in good mental state rejected to receive and then he sent the same to his office. my frend was not able to appear on the first date as he was late to the court. now he contacted the person through mediator to end this case and he said he is ready to give 15000 plus interest if any but he has rejected and saying you will have to give me 60000 other wise he will file more cases. my frends hasn't hire any lawyer yet and he wants to settle the case he is not sure how to proceed further . should he sent him any sms or courier stating that i want to settle this case so that he can represnt the same in front of court .
