Cheque bounce case stamp duty/court fee

I'm filling two cases of s.138, having rs of 2L and 4L respectively. but I'm confused about the court fees in Maharashtra. I've googled but different answers are there.
kindly tell me how I could calculate. the stamp duty/court fee

These are complaint cases which do not require any stamp duty except court fees as applicable in Maharashtra for a complaint which is nominal. It is Rs. 2/- per complaint in Delhi.

Criminal complaints does not require stamp duty however criminal complaint of cheque bouncing may be submitted on minimum court fees I.e Rs 2-.

No stamp duty payable for this private criminal complaint.

As far as the correct court fee payable in each case can be enquired from local advocate.

Yes, no Court fee is payable in respect of private complaint under NI Act.
