Respected Forum Members, I have took an loan of Rs2 Lakhs from Unlicensed private money lender @5% per month and gave an Cheque as Security without date and Also I had paid nearly Rs2 Lakhs as Interest to him.
But later on I was nearly Bankrupt and cannot pay the Interest, and the Money Lender use to threat me and my Family Members, so I lodged an Police Complaint against him and later on he deposited the Cheque and the Cheque was bounced.
Now he has filed an Case Under Sec138 against me.........Plz help, will the case stand against me as the cheque was given as security
