My child custody is in the final stage.The respondent ( my wife) has not come in any of the court dates.and the problem is that I have come to know that the name of my son has been changed without informing or taking consent from me.
The name of my son that I imentioned in the petition is as per the Birth certificate and previous school record.The new name is not as per birth certificate.
Now if judge passes permanent custody order , bearing the name mentioned as per birth certificate, my wife might say, both the persons are not same as name has been changed.
Please guide what to do.
