This is regarding cidco property sale at airoli Navi mumbai. Part registration is completed and we have received entire money from buyer. TDS is also paid. Final registration is delayed as cidco new officer is asking to pay extra money for fsi extension which we already paid in past to society as asked.
Query:-
1. Can we leave the flat and allow buyer to stay. As registration is in dispute and as per our agent they are in talk with cidco and this might take few months to resolve.
2. If yes do we need to document this that buyer will stay and anything he will be responsible
3.or buyer is not allowed to stay until final registration is done. Please suggest

You have received entire amount so possession can be delivered to buyer , handover him all the documents to buyer and finally register it.
